Isaiah Chapter 31

Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help and depend+ on horses and trust in chariots, because they are great, and in horsemen because they are strong, but they do not look to the Holy One of Israel nor do they seek the Lord.
Yet He is wise and will bring evil and will not call back His words. He will rise against the house of evil doers and against the help of those who work iniquity.
Egypt is a man and not God. Their horses are flesh and not Spirit. When the Lord stretches out His hand, both those who help and those who are helped will fall down, and they will all cease together.
For so has the Lord spoken to me. As the lion roars, even the young lion on his prey when a multitude of shepherds are gathered against him, he will not be afraid of their voice nor fret himself because of their noise. The Lord of hosts will come down to fight for Mount Zion and on its hill.
As birds fly, so the Lord of hosts will defend Jerusalem. He will deliver it, and passing over He will preserve it.
Turn to Him from whom the children of Israel have deeply revolted.
For in that day, everyone will cast away their idols of silver and their idols of gold that their hands have made for you, a sin.
Then Assyria will fall with the sword, not of great man. And the sword, not of lowly man, shall devour him. For he will flee from the sword and his young men will become forced labor.
He will pass over to his stronghold for fear and his rulers will be afraid of the banner, says the Lord whose fire is in Zion and His furnace in Jerusalem.
